A project is a workspace for one piece of work — a client, a plan, a topic. You'll find them in the left-hand menu, and every chat you start inside one begins already informed.
Two things live here. Instructions — written once: the role, the tone, the rules Claude follows in every chat inside this project. And knowledge — the documents that matter, uploaded once: briefs, style guides, spreadsheets. No more pasting the same context in, chat after chat.
Each project also keeps its own memory — what you've discussed and decided builds up inside the project, and stays there. A client project never bleeds into a personal one. Separate rooms, separate memories.
